The Fischer-Panda 6kW DC generator sits at the aft end of the engine room above the propeller shaft
In the port aft corner is the Maritime Booster diesel-fired heating and hot water system
Forward of the heater is the port fuel tank and on the forward bulkhead, the engine raw water strainer and a set of Racor filters
Continuing clockwise, the generator strainer and the Victron Multiplus 24/5000/120 pure sine wave inverter/charger
Next are the main breakers and the 24 volt, 855 amp hour gel battery
The heart of the new system is a Perkins-Sabre M92B, and it had to wait for everything else to be installed
Finally, the engine and its PRM gearbox were dropped into place on 20 May
